Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシング内に、ばねにより所定位置に保持された受圧
    部材とこれに突設されたロッドからなる移動部を有し、
    前記受圧部材に正圧または負圧を作用させることにより
    前記ロッドを移動させ、他の機器を作動させるようにし
    たパワーチャンバにおいて、前記移動部に磁石を設け、
    さらに、この磁石の移勤行路内近傍には磁力により接点
    が閉じるリードスイッチを設けて、リードスイッチを流
    れる電流の有無により前記移動部の作動を確認できるよ
    うにしたことを特徴とするパワーチャンバの作動検出装
    置。
