    二値が変化する変化点アドレスを抽出する二値化手段と
    、この二値化手段の変化点アドレスとこの走査ラインの
    一行前の走査ラインの変化点アドレスとの差をとりこの
    差をフラグとして出力する引き算手段と、前記変化点ア
    ドレスと前記フラグとを出力する出力手段とを含む画像
    検出装置。
