    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダの内部を、封入物の供給側と連通ずる小径室と
    この小径室と連なってシリンダの先端で開放する大径室
    とに形成し、前記シリンダの内部に、小径室内へ移動自
    在となるよう嵌合するピストンを挿入し、このピストン
    の小径室との嵌合部分にＯリングを装着し、前記シリン
    ダの小径室と大径室の段部を、ピストンの移動が負荷側
    のストローク限界を越えた場合に０リングが通過する位
    置に設定されていることを特徴とする温度検出エレメン
    ト。
