    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少くとも上部の一部分がガラス又はセラミックからなる
    気密封止用の容器及び該容器の前記上部から延びる様に
    設けられ、且つ前記容器内に収納された半導体素子に接
    続された内部リードの一部分を受は入れる管状の外部リ
    ードを備えた半導体装置において、前記管状の外部リー
    ドは外方向に広がった曲げ部分をその一端に有し、該曲
    げ部分が前記容器の前記上部に固着されていることを特
    徴とする半導体装置。
