Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外部リード端子と半導体チップとを接続するためのポン
    ディングパッドとＭＯＳ−ＦＥＴの絶縁破、壊を防ぐ入
    力保護回路とＴＴＬ電圧レベルをＭＯ３電圧レベルに変
    換する入力バッファとＭＯ３電圧レベルで動作するＭＯ
    Ｓチップ上の内部論理ゲート回路とを半導体ウェーハに
    有する半導体集積回路において、前記内部論理ゲート回
    路と前記入力バッファとを接続する配線の容量を前記入
    力保護回路と前記入力バッファとを接続する配線の容量
    よりも小さくするように前記入力バッファを配置したこ
    とを特徴とする半導体集積回路。
