Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　外部から供給される入力電流を測定する回路
    において、それぞれのベースを共通としかつエミッタを
    共通ラインに接続し、この共通ベースラインとエミッタ
    共通ライン間に入力する前記入力電流をｌ／ｎに分流す
    るほぼ同一特性およびほぼ同一形状のｎｓあ半導体素子
    と、高い開ループ利得を持つ増幅器を有し、これらの半
    導体素子の１部に流れる電流を取り出して前記入力電流
    を測定可能にせしめる出力回路とを備えてなることを特
    徴とする電流測定回路。
  2. （２）出力回路をオフセットカプラで接続し、分流電流
    を該出力回路に伝達するようにした実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第（１）項記載の電流測定回路。
  3. （３）ベース共通の複数の半導体素子群を２組有し、こ
    れを互いに双方向性を有するように接続して交流の入力
    電流を分流するようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第（
    １）項記載の電流側測定回路。
