Claims (1)
- 半導体ウェハーを置（円板状固定具と、該固定具を回転
させる手段と、前記固定具上に置かれた前記ウェハーを
吸着する手段とを備えたウェハー吸着機構において、前
記固定具の周辺部においてのみ前記固定具が前記ウェハ
ーと接触するように前記周辺部に厚みを有する突起を具
備したことを特徴とするウェハー吸着機構。
