Claims (1)
- リターンスプリングにより一方向に付勢した状態でプラ
ンジャをシリンダ内に収容するとともに、このシリンダ
の外周に配設された励磁コイルへの断続電流によりプラ
ンジャを往復運動させ、ポンプ動作を行なう電磁ポンプ
において、前記励磁コイルの両端側に、前記シリンダ外
周部と励磁コイル内周部間の間隙に嵌入される円筒部と
フランジ部とを有する第１のヨークと、この第１のヨー
クのフランジ部に接するプレート状を呈する第２のヨー
クとを、それぞれ配設してなることを特徴とする電磁ポ
ンプ。
