Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）誘電体基板上に形成されたメインストリップライ
    ンの分岐線路に、複数のスイッチング素子を直列と並列
    に装荷し、この各スイッチング素子に単一の駆動回路か
    ら同一のバイアス電圧を印加するようにしたことを特徴
    とするスイッチ装置。
  2. （２）スイッチング素子として、ビンダイオードを用い
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のスイッチ装置。
  3. （３）スイッチング素子として、電界効果トランジスタ
    を用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載のスイッチ装置。
  4. （４）金属地板を重合した誘電体基板上に、メインスト
    リップラインのほか、インピーダンス補正用ライン、λ
    ｇハチヨーク、バイアスパッド、バイアスリターン用λ
    ｇへ線路等を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のスイッチ装置。
