Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. イオン打込みにより作成された第１の磁気バブル転送路
    と軟磁性体パターンから成る第２の磁気バブル転送路が
    混在する磁気バブル素子において、該第１の磁気バブル
    転送路を形成後磁気バブルを保持し得る磁性体上に第１
    の絶縁層を形成した後該第１の磁気バブル転送路と第２
    の磁気バブル転送路の接続部および接続部に隣接するイ
    オン打込み領域と非イオン打込み領域の境界部に位置す
    る第１絶縁層を除去した後、熱処理してなることを特徴
    とする磁気バブル素子。
