Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　円形のダイヤフラムを有する変形部材にブリッジ回
    路を形成する四個の抵抗素子を形成したものにおいて、
    前記抵抗素子のうち二個の抵抗素子は円周方向の曲線パ
    ターンとして形成するとともに少なくとも一個の抵抗素
    子を前記変形部材の中心側に位置させ、他の二個の抵抗
    素子は前記変形部材の外周側に位置して半径方向の直線
    パターンとして形成したことを特徴とする圧力センサ。 ２　変形部材の外周側に位置する抵抗素子を圧力により
    変形しない部分に配置したことを特徴とする実用新案登
