Claims (1)
- 発泡性鉱物粒が投入されるホッパと、上記発泡性鉱物粒
を予熱するとともに排熱ガスから分離する第１のサイク
ロンと、上記予熱・分離された発泡性鉱物粒を焼成して
発泡させる竪形焼成炉と、上記発泡した鉱物粒を排熱ガ
スから分離する第２のサイクロンと、上記第２のサイク
ロンの排熱ガスを上記第１のサイクロンに導入するガス
ダクトと、上記ホッパ内の発泡性鉱物粒を上記ガスダク
ト中に投入するシュートパイプの各構成要素からなる発
泡鉱物粒製造装置において、上記各構成要素をそれぞれ
、または任意に粗組合わせて複数のユニットフレームに
分散して設備せしめ、上記複数のユニットフレームを相
互に連結して上記装置を組立てるようにしたことを特徴
とする発泡鉱物粒製造装置。
