第１図は従来の炉を説明する図、第２図及び第３図は従
来の巾を改善するために当出願者が提案した実願昭５７
−１０１５１７号を説明する図、第４図はこの考案によ
る炉を説明するための図であり、１は炉、２は温度制御
装置、３は温度設定器、４はヒータ、５は作業域、６は
Ａ／Ｄ変換器、７゜１６は演算器、８．１７はコンパレ
ータ、９はコイル、１０はスイッチ、１１は接点、１２
は電源、１３はＭＡＸ／ＭＩＵ検出器、１４は設定温度
設定器、１５は許容温度差設定器、１８はアラーム、Ｓ
は温度センサ、Ｓ□〜Ｓ８は８個の温度センサ、Ｄ０〜
Ｄ８はＡ／Ｄ変換器の出力である。なお図中同一あるい
は相当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 設定温度と、その設定温度に対して許容される許容温度
    差とをあらかじめ設定する温度設定器を設け、炉内の物
    品が配置される位置、すなわち作業域の周囲に所定の間
    隔て設けられた複数個の温度センサによって検出された
    温度が、前記の温度設定器によってあらかじめ設定され
    た設定温度の許容温度差の範囲内である（または許容温
    度差の範囲内でない）と判定できるように構成したこと
    を特徴とする炉。
