つながるシリンダ端面に設けた弁座に着座させ、入口通
路を1次流出口に連通ずると共に、上記シリンダ面に上
記プランジャにより開閉される2次流出口を設けた構成
において、プランジャをシリンダ内周面に液密状態で嵌
合し、プランジャが摺動するシリンダ径に比して着座す
る弁座の径を小さくしてプランジャ端面の外周部に非着
座部を形成し、着座状態においてプランジャ端面が弁座
だけに着座するように弁座をシリンダ端面からシリンダ
内へ突出させ、上記シリンダ径と弁座の径と圧縮スプリ
ングのばね特性をクラッキング時の作動においてプラン
ジャのストロークに跳躍を与えるように設定し、弁座に
よりクラッキング前における2次流出口への漏れを無く
し、又プランジャへの受圧面積差を与えるように設けた
弁座と、シリンダ面にその面積差によるプランジャの跳
躍性だけ弁座からずらせて設けた2次流出口と、プラン
ジャにより形成されるメータリングバルブの2段階構造
を取ることにより、2次流出口への分流をすばやく円滑
に準備し、すぐ続いて安定した2次分流を行なうように
