Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は１枚で多様に対応できる生理用ナプキンの製造
法並にその製造に係るもので。
その詳細を図によって説明すると、シートポリマー等の
吸収紙からなる吸収層（α）を偏平状にして片面に防水
紙（ｂ）を層成し、全体を不織布等の被榎材（ｃ）で被
覆してなる平形吸収前を横方向に３分して両端片（２）
（２）を折り目（２５（２）から内側に折り、更にその
自由端片（２α）（２ａ）を外側に折り返して重合し、
その折り返し重合部を含めて長手方向の両端縁（３）（
３１を融着する製造法を特徴としたものである。
なお、折り返した端片（２α）（２ａ）の下側には両面
粘着片＋４）（４）を貼着し、従来の平形ナプキンは中
央が定まらず、全体がしわ状になり吸収面積の減少とな
り洩れる原因となっている。
本願は上記の如く構成するので、、ｌ＋！造が極めて容
易であり、使用に当っては９両側自由端片（２α）（２
α）の側端部を両側に引き拡げ。
その度合により生理の状態に応じたミニ、レギュラー、
ナイト用の各サイズに対応したナプキンとして使用でき
るもので範囲の広い使用が可能となる。そして吸収体と
しては両側の折り重ね部と局部に当る中央部とは厚さが
異るのでその差で中央のみがしわになり易（自然に中央
が中高凸形状に形成され７局部に完全にフィツトし、更
に自由端片（２α）（２α）の上に重ｔ、（る折り曲っ
た端片（２）（２）が受皿を形成して洩れを完全に防ぐ
働きをする。更に全米の２倍の大きさの吸収紙体を使用
して形成しであるので、吸収面積も従来の２倍となって
いる。
以上の如く本願によれば製造方法が極めて簡単で、しか
も局部に当る部分が自然に中高に形成され２両翼が洩れ
を完全に防ぎ、吸収面積が従来の２倍と極めて太き（、
又拡げの度合によって多様のサイズに対応できる効果が
あるものである。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、吸収層に不織布を被覆ｉ−てなる平形吸収前を横方
    向に３分して両端片を夫々内側に折り、更にその自由端
    片を夫々外側に折り返して重合し、その折り返し重合部
    を含めて長手方向の両端縁を夫々融着する方法を特徴と
    する生理用ナプキンの製造法。 ２、平形吸収前の横方向３分した両端片を折り曲げ、更
    にその半分を折り返した重合部の長手方向の端縁な融着
    してなる生理用ナプキン。
