Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は車両用バックドア開閉装置に関するものであ
る。
バンクドアを有する車両において、荷役を容易にするた
めにバックドアの窓ガラスを開閉できるようにしたもの
がある。この場合、たとえば実公昭５５−１３１．３２
号公報に示す構造のように、／クックドア部拐を枢支す
るヒンジと窓ガラス部材を枢支するヒンジとをそれぞれ
別個に設けるのが普通である。
これに対して本発明は、構成を簡単にし取付けを容易に
するために、両方のヒンジを一体化したものであって、
バックドア部材を枢支するヒンジのピンに意力゛ラス部
材を回動自由に取付けるようにしたものである。
本発明の構造を図面に示す実施例について説明すると次
のようになっている。
車体ｌの後部にバックドアの部材２が回動自由に取付け
てｉ、また窓ガラスの部材３が回動自由に取付けである
。そしてこれらの部材を取付けるために、車体１の後部
上方の左右に、ヒンジ４が設けである。
ヒンジ４はその底部に車体取付部４ａが形成してあり、
取付ネ・ノ５により車体１に固着するようになっている
。さらに両端に突設した腕部４ｂ。
４ｂに枢支ビン４Ｃを掛は渡し、これにバンクドアの部
材２に対する取付部４ｄと、窓ガラスの部材３に対する
取付部４ｅとを、回動自由に嵌装しである。そして取付
部４ｄに取付ネジ６により・ぐツクドアの部材２を固着
し、また取付部４ｅに取付ネジ７によシ窓ガラスの部材
３を固着する。
なおバンクドアを閉じたとき、車体１の端部に嵌着した
ウェザストリップ８がバックドアの部材２に当接し、ま
た窓ガラスを閉じたとき、パンクドアの部材２に嵌着し
たウエザス）　ＩＪツブ９が窓ガ゛ラスの部拐３に当接
し、車内に塵埃や雨水等が侵入するのを防止するように
なっている。
本発明は前述のようになっていて、バンクドア部材を取
付けるヒンジと窓ガラス部材を数句けるとンジとを一体
的に形成しであるから、ヒンジの構成が簡単になるとと
もに、両部材の取付けが容易になりまた取付精度が向上
する。そしてヒンジの個数が少なくなるから、費用の節
減とともに軍歌が軽減されるという利点がある。

  1. バンクドアに対し開閉可能の窓ガラスを備えるものにお
    いて、バックドア部材を枢支するとンジのビンに窓ガラ
    ス部材を回動自由に取付けたことを特徴とする車両用バ
    ンクドア開閉装置。
