  1. ガラス基板に強磁性体を薄膜蒸着したセンサーチップと
    波形整形回路基板の接続において、センサーチップとフ
    レキシブル配線板の端子部に、補助の端子部を設け、か
    つ補助の端子部は電気的回路を構成しない構造にして、
    センサーチップとフレキシブル配線板をリフロソルダリ
    ングしたことを特徴とする磁気式エンコーダ。　′
