  1. ポリイミド又はポリアミドのフィルム上に、少なくとも
    透明電極、硫化亜鉛及びマンガンを含む発光層、絶縁層
    、背面電極を薄膜にて、順次積層・形成したことを特徴
    とする薄膜ＥＬ素子。
