    するＥＬパネルにおいて、発光層膜と背面電極膜との間
    に、発光層膜側に設けた金属薄膜と、背面電極膜側に設
    けた誘電体薄膜とからなる薄膜対を少なくとも１対備え
    たことを特徴とするＥＬパネルの構造。
