Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明な基板上にそれぞれ透明の第１の誘電体層、第１の
    絶縁層、発光層、第２の誘電体層、第２の電極層を順次
    積層してなる透過型の薄膜ＥＬディスプレイと、該薄膜
    ＥＬディスプレイの背面側に配置した背面ディスプレイ
    と、前記薄膜ＥＬディスプレイと背面ディスプレイとの
    間に介在させた、印加電圧により光透過率が変化する基
    板の両面に透明電極層を固着してなるシャッターとを具
    備したことを特徴とする透過型ＥＬディスプレイ装置。
