Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　真空中で回転する支持体の外周部に円筒状の
    基体を装着し、外部加熱源により前記基体を加、　熱し
    適切な温度に維持し蒸着させる真空蒸着装置において、
    前記支持体の真空側と大気側との連結部分または支持体
    と基体との間の少なくともいずれか一方に熱絶縁機構を
    設けたことを特徴とする真空蒸着装置。
  2. （２）支持体の真空側と大気側との連結部分に熱絶−縁
    部材を介装して熱絶縁機構としたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の真空蒸着装置。
  3. （３）支持体の外周面に凹凸を設け、基体側との接触面
    積を小さくして熱絶縁機構としたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の真空蒸着装置。
