Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 従来ケーブル布設用等の管路は、通例第１図に示す様に
各ダクトＰｌ又はＰ２は間隔を置かれて布設されている
。
なお図中Ｂは枕木Ｓはスペーサであり、Ｐｌは例えば鋼
管、Ｐ２は塩化ビニル管等であり、管内には例えば通信
ケーブルが引込咬れている。
近時このような管路に於て、省力仕付せて資材の節減を
目的として数（Ｆ）管を結束しようということが考えら
れている。
本考案はこのような結束管群の改良に関するもので、第
２図に示す様に、数個の管Ｐ１＊Ｐ２等の接合群と、そ
の間の正方形の各辺が管に接するように中心側に彎曲し
た形の断面の空隙充填用棒状スペーサＳｇと、これらを
囲んで施された結束具Ｔとより成るものである。
上記棒状スペーサＳｇは例えばゴム、合成樹脂等で製造
する。
なお、上記空隙充填用棒状スペーサＳｇは管の接続スリ
ーブの）存在する何処にも応じ得るようスリーブ厚みＷ
だけ小さくして訃けば管の接続部でスペーサが邪魔にな
らない。
（なお上記スリーブは各管間−何処にないことが多いが
、スリーブ厚みだけ小さくする辺は四角形の各道具行っ
ても差支えない）又スリーブ個処のみスペーサーを施さ
ないこともある。
父上記図に於ては、従来のケーブル管路が２段２条の４
条の場合について説明したが、２段３条に対応する６条
、３段３条に対応する９条その他各条について同様に実
施出来ることは勿論である。
以上の本考案結束管群によれば管の布設時数条同時に布
設出来、省力化に役立つと同時に管路布設面積も狭くて
よく引いては資材の節減になるのは勿論であるが、更に
管間の空隙を充填しないと地盤沈下の原因になるが、こ
れが本考案では防止出゛来る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来のケーブル管路の布設状態の説明図であっ
てイは正面図、口は縦断側面図、第２図は本考案の結束
管群を説明する図であってイは管群の斜視図、口は使用
する棒状スペーサの一端を示す斜視図、ハは使用する棒
状スペーサの他端を厨子斜視図、二は棒状スペーサ全長
の正面図と側面図である。 なお図中、Ｐ １ ｙ Ｐ ２は管、Ｓｇは棒状スペー
サ、Ｔは結束具を示している。

  1. 数個の管Ｐ １ ｙ Ｐ ２等の接合群と、その間の正
    方形の各辺が管に接するように中心側に彎曲した形の断
    面の空隙充填用棒状スペーサＳｇと、これらを囲んで施
    された結束具Ｔとより成るケーブル布設用等の結束管群
    。
