の断面図、第３図は第１図の熱交換器における偏平管と
フィンとのロー付部を示す拡大説明図、第４図は従来の
フィン材を用いた時の腐食電流の流れを示す説明図、第
５図は本考案より成るフィン材を用いた時の腐食電流の
流れを示す説明図である。 １・・・偏平管、２・・・コルゲートフィン、２１・・
・芯材、２２・・・皮材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｋ　ＡｊＦ４トに３ＡｇＦ６ト（７）混合物から成り、
    ＫＦ酸成分して４０〜５０重量％及び八〇Ｆ３を６０〜
    ５０重量％含むアルミニウム用非腐食性フランクスを用
    い、Ｓｉ５〜１２％を含有するアルミニウムを皮材とし
    、Ｍｎ１．−０〜１．５重量％を含有するアルミ冊つム
    を芯材とするコルゲート加工を施゛ヱしたフィン−材と
    、流体通路を構成する管部材とを大気圧か又は大気圧よ
    り少し高い圧力下のＮ２不活性ガス雰囲気中でロー付し
    、フラックスを洗浄せずに構成した熱交換器において、
    前記フィン材０．２〜２％のＺｎを含ませていることを
    特徴とする熱交換器。
