Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流高電位部に設けられた整流回路へ絶縁トランスを介
    して接地電位側より高周波電力を供給する手段と、前記
    整流回路の出力電圧が電圧制御素子を介して供給される
    高周波インバータと、該高周波インバータの出力が供給
    されるステップアップトランスと、該ステップアップト
    ランスの出力側に並列に接続された定電圧整流回路及び
    高電圧整流回路とを具え、前記直流高電位部に二つの異
    った電圧を重畳させるようにした荷電粒子源用高圧電源
    。
