Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄液を加熱して洗浄蒸気を発生させる蒸気発生相を設
    けるとともにこの蒸気発生相から発生した蒸気を冷却凝
    縮する冷却相を蒸気洗浄相の上部に設け、この蒸気洗浄
    相内の被洗浄物移送路上面に位置して冷却相て凝縮され
    た浄化洗浄液を導入収納する収納体を設け、収納した浄
    化洗浄液の冷気により収納体の外周に蒸気詐浄相の蒸気
    を凝縮付着し、この凝縮付着液を落下散布させるととも
    に収納体の上部に設けたオーバーフローノズルから浄化
    洗浄液を被洗浄物に散布することを特徴とする洗浄装置
    。
