Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ベアリングに支持されてリヤシェルの中心穴から
    シェル外部に突出するパワーピストンのバルブボディを
    、一端がりヤシエルに固定され、他端がバルブボディに
    固定されるジャバラ式のダストブーツで覆った真空倍力
    装置において、上記ダストブーツの半径方向荷重に対す
    る保形性を高め、このブーツの端部をリヤシェルとバル
    ブボディに気密に取付けることにより、リヤシェル内外
    のシールを行うことを特徴とする真空倍力装置リヤシェ
    ルの中心穴シール構造。
  2. （２）上記ダストブーツの外周屈曲部の内面又は内部に
    金属もしくは樹脂製の補強リングを取付けてブーツの保
    形性を高めたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第（１）項記載の真空倍力装置リヤシェルの中心穴シー
    ル構造。
  3. （３）上記ダストブーツは屈曲部を肉盛り・して保形性
    を高めたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（
    １）項記載の真空倍力装置リヤシェルの中心穴シール構
    造。
