    極電極と前記陽極電極上に螢光物質を塗布して表示パタ
    ーンまたは発光パターンを形成し、フィラメントから放
    出される電子を螢光物質に衝撃させて、発光表示させ、
    かつ前記透明ガラス陽、極基板の電極形成面と反対の面
    より表示を観察するまたは、光を取り出す構造を有する
    真空螢光管において、前記陽極基板と対向して封着して
    真空気密容器を形成するカバーガラスの内面または外面
    に非透光性でかつ鏡面光沢を有する導電膜を形成したこ
    とを特徴とする真空螢光管。
