Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体の流入口および排出口を有する外枠筐体と、この外
    枠筐体内において、前記流入口と前記排出口との間の流
    路に設けられたノズルと、このノズルの開閉を行う弁と
    この弁に結合した円盤状の隔膜と外枠とで構成され、か
    つ所定の温度で急激な体積変化を起こす感温物質を封入
    した密閉篩と、−面に薄板を接着あるいは粘着させた可
    撓性のダンピング材を備え、このダンピング材の反落板
    側を前記タンピング材自体のもつ粘着性又は接着材にて
    前記隔膜に取付けた温度作動弁。
