Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）少なくとも一枚のボードを内部に装着しているハ
    ウジングと、上記ボード上に配置されており、各々が上
    記ハウジング内に延長する実質的に平らな表面を有する
    複数のチップと、上記ボードと相互接続される電気コネ
    クタと、上記チップに近接して上記ハウジング内に装着
    された熱伝導板と、 上記熱伝導板と当接して上記ハウジング内に装着されて
    おり、上記ハウジング内に液体冷却材を案内するため、
    入口と出口とを持った通路を形成している冷板と、 上記熱伝導板に結合されている可視性手段であって、上
    記チップの平らな表面と整列して接触して上記チップか
    ら熱を奪うよう押しつけられており、上記通路と連通し
    て冷却材を内部に含んでいる上記可撓性手段と、 上記入口に接続されている第１の端部と、上“　配出口
    に接続されている第２の端部とを有する冷却コイルと、 上記コイルに接続されて冷却材を上記ノ１ウジング内に
    流過せしめるよう送り出す手段と、を有する集積回路チ
    ップの冷却装置。
  2. （２）上記冷却コイルが、その上に結合された複数のフ
    ィンを含んでいる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    冷却装置。
  3. （３）上記冷却材を送り出す手段が上記電気コネクタと
    相互接続されているソリッドステート・ポンプを含んで
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の冷
    却装置。
  4. （４）　　上記可撓性手段がベローズを含んでいる実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項、２項、３項の内、何れか１
    項記載の冷却装置。
