Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所要ガスを含むクリーンエアーが送られて、無塵・無菌
    状態で培養作業が行なわれる培養用クリーンベンチにお
    いて、 上記クリーンベンチに向けてエアーを送るエアーポンプ
    と、 このエアーポンプによるエアーの流量を調節するエアー
    流量計と、　− 一り記クリーンベンチに向けてガスボンベから送られる
    所要ガスの流量を調節するガス流量計と、上記エアー及
    びガス流量計を介して送り込まれるエアニ及びガスを合
    流させて、上記クリーンベンチに送り込む合流ファンと
    、 この合流ファンと上記クリーンベンチとの間に配置され
    ていて、向合流ファンにより送り込まれたエアー・ガス
    混合体を無塵・無菌に濾過するためのエアーフィルター
    と、 を具備し、所要ガスの濃度調節可能にしたことを特徴と
    する培養用クリーンベンチ。
