    手段からなるエミッタ部を冷却部材に取り付けてなるイ
    オンビームガンと、このイオンビームガンより発せられ
    たビームを偏向する偏向手段とが真空装置内に配されて
    なるイオンビーン装置において、上記真空装置内で上記
    エミッタ部が上記冷却部材と着脱可能とされたことを特
    徴とするイオン、ビーム装置。
