Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電界発光表示素子内の発光面対向位置で、しかもこの電
    界発光表示素子の発する光のみを感知する位置に、感知
    する光の輝度によりその内部抵抗値が変化する光電セン
    サを配設し、この光電センサを電界発光表示素子駆動回
    路に接続し、光電センサの内部抵抗値の変化により上記
    電界発光素子駆動回路の出力電圧が変化して上記電界発
    光表示゛素子の発光輝度を一定とするようにしたことを
    特徴とする電界発光表示素子。
