Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波パルス発生器と、該高周波パルス発生器からのバ
    ースト状高周波パルスを超音波信号に変換して試料に照
    射し該試料に関する情報を含む超音波信号を入力高周波
    電気信号に変換する音響変換部と、該入力高周波電気信
    号から試料情報信号のみを出力させる信号処理回路とを
    少なくとも具え、該試料情報信号に基づいて超音波顕微
    鏡像を表示するように構成した超音波顕微鏡装置におい
    て、前記高周波パルス発生器と、前記信号処理回路とを
    所要周波数毎に個別の周波数ユニットとして一体構成し
    、該周波数ユニ゛イトを超音波顕微鏡装置本体に対し電
    気的に自動接続及び切離し出来゛　　るように着脱自在
    に構成したことを特徴とする超音波顕微鏡装置。
