Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は積層組立体に於ける一つの板状部材を接着剤
によって接着する方法に関する。
鉄道車両用空気ブレーキ装置に使用さnる管取付座には
複雑な形状の空気通路が内遊さnているため、これを一
体鋳造することは一般に甚だ困難である。従ってこの管
取付座を一つの板状部材に分割し、その板状部材の接合
面に空気通路を彫刻した後、両接合面を接着剤によって
接着する方法が現在さかんに採用されている。
このように2つの板状部材を接着した型式の積層組立体
においては、最大接着力を確保するために接着層の厚さ
を定められた一定値にすることが極めて大切である。
在来技術においては、この接着層の厚さを一定にするた
めに、接合面に接着剤を塗布するとき、小形の薄板間隔
片(以下シムと記す)を適当な位置に配置した後、両接
合面を重ね合せて押圧する方法が採用されている。この
方法によシ接着層の厚さはシムの厚さによって希望の一
定値に設定される。
しか、し在来技術による上述の方法では、シムを適正な
位置に配置すること、また配置したシムが接着剤の塗布
によって移動しないよう留意することなど技能上の困難
が伴い作業時間が長くなり、従って製作費用も高くなる
と言う欠点がある。
従って本発明の目的は上述の欠点を除去することにあシ
、この目的を達成するために、本発明においては接着剤
に均等な直径を有する多数の球状粒子を混合することに
より、接着層の厚さはこの球状粒子の直径によって設定
される。
この方法を採用するととにより、在来から使用されてい
たシムは不必要となり、作業は非常に容易になる。
以下図面について本発明の詳細な説明する。
図において積層組立体Iは板状部材コおよび3から構成
され、部材コには溝Sが彫刻され、この溝Sは部材3に
よって上面を閉塞されて空気通路ダを形成する。
部材−と3との接合面に接着剤6を塗布した後、両部材
を重ね合せて押圧し、接着剤6が乾燥するまでこの抑圧
を継続することにより接着作業は終了するが、この場合
、接着剤乙には均等な直径を有する多数の球状粒子7が
混合されている。
この球状粒子りは上記の抑圧によって変形することがな
いよう合成樹脂、ガラスまたは金属等の硬質材料によっ
て製作されている。また上記の抑圧によって球状粒子り
が両接合面の間に2個以上積み重って存在することはな
い0従つて接着層の厚さは球状1立子7の直径と同一と
なるから、粒子りの直径を適当に選定することにより、
接着層の厚さは希望する寸法に設定され、接着強度は最
大になる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 積層組立体に於ける2つの板状部材を接着剤によって接
    着するに当り、その接着剤に均等な直径を有する多数の
    球状粒子を混合することにより、接着層の厚さを上記球
    状粒子の直径に応じて設定するようにした積層組立体用
    接着方法。
