Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に封入された冷媒の蒸発熱を利用して発熱部品の冷
    却を行う冷却器において、放熱フィンと発熱体が接触す
    る底板で囲まれた冷却器内空間を該底板に対し１５〜７
    ５°の傾きをもつ傾斜板で仕切って、複数の密閉キャビ
    ンを構成し、該キャビン内に夫々冷媒を封入したことを
    特徴とする冷却器。
