Claims (1)
- 下面に回路が形成される基板用板材の内部に、
非凝縮性ガスを排気しかつ蒸発潜熱として熱輸送
を行なう凝縮性流体のみを封入してなる多数の微
細孔が、ほぼ板厚方向に沿つて形成され、かつ各
微細孔が、その下端部に対して上端部が板材の面
方向の同一方向にずれて位置する形状とされてい
ることを特徴とする熱伝導性の良い集積回路用板
。
