Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井側からクリーンエアーを下吹きし、下降するエアー
    を床下に吸引するクリーンエアーの天井側に荷搬送装置
    を配設し、この荷搬送装置と床側との間で荷の受は渡し
    を行なう荷受は渡し装置であって、床下に位置調整台車
    を配設し、この位置調整台車上から床を貫通して角筒体
    を立設し、らの角筒体の両側板に上下方向のスリットを
    形成し、これらスリットに案内されて昇降自在で且つ保
    持腕が前方に突出する荷保持具を設け、この荷保持具の
    昇降駆動装置を前記角筒体内に配設し、さらに角筒体の
    下部に吸引ダクトを連通したことを特徴とするクリーン
    ルーム内の荷受は渡し装置。
