本発明は、ブレーキドラムと軸受ボスを浴着固定し、又
フレーキトラムとホイールリムヲ溶湯固着したキャスト
ホイールの製造方法に関するもので、この製造方法にと
もない完成ホイールM量の軽量化をはかると共に安価な
キャストホイールを製造することを目的としたものであ

型と、型合せ型締後湯口よりアルミダイキャスト’を注
湯し、冷却抜取9出す。又鋳造後軸受は内・外径、ドラ
ム+79径、次いでリム則付部を機械加工仕上げし、更
にリムとホイールハブを一体化するために、ボルト締付
けによる組立作業などを行なっている。即ち上述し、た
ように鋳造後q)ドラム内径加工仕上げ、ホイールリム
組付加工仕上げ、ホイールとリムをボルト綿付による組
立作業等によって製造費が怨む欠点を有し、更に鋼板ホ
イールハブの場合は、ドラム部拐とスポーク部側の熔筋
によって構J戎されたものに、内圧ブレーキを掛けたと
き、フレーキ鳴きの現象が発生ずる女との欠点があった
3本発明は上述したような、これらの欠点を改善するた

をダイキャスト鋳造機の固定型に植え込み可動型の型締

る。本製法に於て植え込みをするブレーキドラムボスは
植込み前のプレス仕上、〃[1工仕上で鋳造を行っても

キドラムの外側をダイギャス1で粒う為VC1強度も高
くなる。更に、キャストホイールのため糸1゛6伺ボル
トナンドは不用になシ、軽量化ができるなど優れた効果
がある。この軽量比に伴って製造単価も安価にできるよ
