、８．９・・・ホトダイオードアレイ、１０・・・ハウ
ジング、１１．１２・・・ガラス窓、１４・・・電子処
理器、２１・・・ゲージ’ｔ、４５・ｉ・ディアフ゛ロ
ローラ。 補正　昭６０．１．９ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。 ・実用新案登録請求の範囲 １　ゲージに対して相対的に動く円形その他の横断面を
有する細長い物体の横断面寸法、またはその物体の所定
形状あるいは横断面寸法からのずれを検出すなわち測定
するゲージであうで、開口部が形成され、その開口部に
置かれた光学的に平坦なガラス窓を含む中空円筒状ハウ
ジングと、 このハウジングの長手軸とほぼ一致する移動経路に沿っ
て前記中空円筒状ハウジング内を通過するように被測定
物体を運ぶ手段と、　　　　〜前記中空円筒状ハウジン
グを前記長手軸の回りに回転させる手段と、 前記中空円筒状ハウジング上に取付けられ、コリメート
された光ビームを前記移動経路に沿って動く物体上へ前
記ガラス窓を通して向けるように位置決めされた光源と
、 この光源に対し、直径上の対向位置において前記ハウジ
ング上に取付けられ、ゲージの使用中にはそこで前記物
体の真像が形成され、そしてこの形成された像の実際の
大きさおよび空間位置を表わす電気信号を発生するホト
ダイオードアレイと、 前記ハウジングから離れて設けられると共に前記ハウジ
ング上の電気的接続手段を介して接続されることにより
、前記電気信号を受は取り、ゲージによって検出あるい
は測定されるパラメータＩＥ対応した出力を発生する信
号処理手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする運動物体の横断面寸法ゲージ
。 ２　円筒状ハウジングの長手軸と実質的に一致する経路
に沿って被測定物体が通ることを容易にするためにディ
アブ寵ローラが前記ハウジングの入口および出口に設け
られていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の運動物体の横断面寸法ゲージ。 ３　光源がパルス状光源であることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の運動物体の
横断面寸法ゲージ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ゲージに対して相対的に動く円形その他の横断面を
    有する細長い物体の横断面寸法、またはその物体の所定
    形状あるいは横断面寸法からのずれを検出すなわち測定
    するゲージであって、被測定物体の所期の移動径路と一
    致する長手軸を有する中空円筒状ハウジングと、 −前記長手軸の回りに前記ハウジングを回転させる手段
    と、 前記ハウジング上に取付けられ、このハウジング中に設
    けられた開口部に置かれた光学的に平坦なガラス窓を通
    り前記移動径路に沿って動いている物体上ヘコリメート
    された光を照射するように位置決めされた光源と、 この光源に対して直径方向に対向する前記／’％ウジン
    グ上の位置に取付けられ、ゲージの使用中にはそこで前
    記物体の真像が形成されそしてこの形成された像の実際
    の大きさおよび空間位置を表わす電気信号を発生するホ
    トダイオードアレイと、 前記電気信号を受は付けるために接続され、測定すべき
    パラメータに対応する出力を発生する信号処理器と、 を備えることを特徴とする運動物体の横断面寸法測定ゲ
    ージ。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のゲージにお
    いて、被測定物体が直線状である場合、その物体の長手
    軸をハウジングの長手軸にほぼ一致するようにしてその
    物体がハウジングの中を通るように、ゲージの上流側と
    下流側の双方に配置されるディアブ口・ローラに組合わ
    され　　　　。 てなることを特徴とするゲージ。 ３　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載
    のゲージにおいて、光源がパルス状光源であることを特
    徴とするゲージ。
