Claims (1)
光源装置と、前記光源装置の投射光軸と一定基線長離れ
て配置され前記投射光軸方向に平行な光軸を有する第1
の収束光学系と、受光面が前記第1の収束光学系の光軸
と前記光源装置の投射光軸で形成される基準平面に沿っ
て前記第1の収束光学系の光軸に直角で、前記受光面端
がこの先軸より離れて配置されており一対の検出用電極
および共通電極を有する第1の半導体装置検出素子と、
前記光源装置の光軸と、前記一定基イ51長よりも大き
い他の一定基線長離れて配置され、前記投射光軸方向に
平行で前記基準平面内に光軸を有する第2の収束光学系
と、受光面か前記基準平面Gこ沿って前記第2の収束光
学系の光軸に直角Gこ配置され前記受光面端がこの光軸
より離れて配置されており一対の検出用電極および共通
電極を有し前記第1の半導体装置検出素子の受光面か受
ける反射光よりは達い所からの反則光を受り入れる第2
の半導体装置検出素子と、前記第1の半導体装置検出素
子の一対の検出用電極の出力から入射位置を演算する第
1の位置演算器、前記第1の位置演算器の出力を被測定
物体までの距離に換算する第1の換算器、前記第2の半
導体装置検出素子の一対の検出用電極の出力から入射位
置を演算する第2の位置演算器、前記第2の位置演算器
の出力を被測定すJ休までの距離に換算する第2の換算
器、前記第1および第2の半導体装置検出素子の出力を
比較して被測定物体に対応する信号を出力している半導
体装置検出素子を判定してその半導体装置検出素子に対
応する換算器の出力を出力させる判定器からなる演算装
置から構成した距離測定装置。 (2)前記演算装置の第1の位置演算器は、前記第1の
半導体装置検出素子の共通電極の出力電流をボール1−
する第1の和サンプリングホールト回路と、前記第1の
半導体装置検出素子の検出電極の出力の差をホールドす
る第1の差サンプリングボールド回路と、前記第1の差
サンプリングボールド回路の出力を前記第1の和サンプ
リングボールド回路の出力で割算する第1の割算器から
なり、前記演算装置の第2の位置演算器は、前記第2の
半導体装置検出素子の共通電極の出力電流をボールドす
る第2の和サンプリングボールド回路と、前記第2の半
導体装置検出素子の検出電極の出力の差をホールドする
第2の差サンプリングボールド回路と、前記第2の差サ
ンプリングボールド回路の出力を前記第2の和サンプリ
ングボールド回路の出力で割算する第2の割算器からな
る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の距離測定装置。 (3)前記演算装置の判定器は、前記第1の和サンプリ
ングボールド回路の出力と第2の和サンプリングボール
ド回路の出力の比をめる第3の割算器と、前記第1の割
算器の出力を一定値と比較する第1の比較器と、前記第
3の割算器の出力を他の一定値と比較する第2の比較器
と、前記第1および第2の比較器の出力から前記いずれ
の半導体装置検出素子の出力を用いるか判定部から構成
した特許請求の範囲第2項記載の距離測定装置。 (4)前記第2の収束光学系の口径比は前記第1の収束
