ある。 １・・・回転磁極面、３・・・ホール素子、３１，３□

・・ホール素子膜、３ｂ・・・基板、ＯＵＴ□、０ＵＴ

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　電流端子間に電流が流れるようにホール素子
    膜を基板に設けるとともに、これに電流の流れ方向に沿
    って所定間隔を置いて２つの電圧端子を設けたホール素
    子を、回転磁極面に所定のギャップを置いて対向配設し
    、かつ、回転磁極間のピッチをλとすると、上記ホール
    素子の２つの電圧端子が回転磁極面の約λ／２の位置に
    対向するようホール素子を傾斜させるか、または回転磁
    極面の磁極を傾斜させたことを特徴とする電動機の回転
    磁極の検出装置。
  2. （２）上記ホール素子は、回転磁極面に対してホール素
    子膜面が垂直となるように回転磁極面に対向配設したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    電動機の回転磁極の検出装置。
