４ｂ図の断面図（リードスクリューは省略）、第４ｄ図
は振り切り板の円周部リング断面図、第４ｅ図は第４ａ
図Ａ−Ａ部における振り切り板のアーム部の拡大断面図
である。 、図中、１はボウル、２は駆動側フランジ、３は液入口
側フランジ、４は固形分出口側ビーチコーン、５は分離

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ボウルおよびスクリューコンベヤーを有し、これらのボ
    ウルおよびスクリューコンベヤーがある回転数の差をも
    って高速回転し、その内部へ処理液を供給して処理液を
    遠心力により沈降分離し、固形分をスクリューコンベヤ
    ーでかきよせて傾斜部を通して固形分排出口から排出し
    、分離液を他端から排出する横型連続遠心分離機であっ
    て、分離液出口側にも傾斜部を形成し、この傾斜部内に
    振り切り板およびリードスクリューを設け、ビーチコー
    ン、スクリューコンベヤーシャフト、スクリューコンベ
    ヤー羽根、固形分排出ヘッダー、振り切り板およびリー
    ドスクリューが交換自在であり、 スクリューコンベヤー羽根が湾曲している゛　ことを特
    徴とする遠心分離機。
