    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子を容器内の電極体間に圧接封入せしめた構造
    のスタッド型半導体装置において、圧力を加えている金
    属器ばねおよび該金属器ばねの直下で圧力を支えている
    金属ワッシャーと主電極引出しリードとの空間に樹脂を
    介在せしめたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
