    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スタッドの支持台に半導体素子を載置し、この半導体素
    子の上面中央部に位置する制御電極に対し、先端を鍔状
    に形成した制御リードの該鍔部を絶縁支持体により圧接
    接続した圧接型の半導体装゛　　　　置において、前記
    制御リードの鍔部の前記制御電極に対する接触部を前記
    制御リードの横断面の面積とほぼ同じ面積、としたこと
    を特徴とする圧接型半導体装置。
