Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　電解浴を均等状態に供給循環するようにした電解槽
    内に対極を形成した仕切板を配設し、これら仕切板の間
    に被処理板を支持した枠体を装脱可能に設けると共に上
    記した仕切板間に前記した被処理板面に向けて電解浴を
    噴出する電解浴吐出パイプを配設したこ、とを特徴とす
    る磁気ディスク基板の陽極酸化処理装置。 ２　電解槽の底部に電解浴供給管を設け、該電解浴供給
    管の上部に他多数個の穿孔を配設した分散整流板を多段
    に配設し、これら分散整流板の上部に対極を形成した仕
    切板と被処理板を支持した枠体とを交互に配設した処理
    室を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の磁
    気ディスク基板の陽極酸化処理装置。 ３　仕切板に被処理板片面面積の０．１〜０．３倍に成
    相当した片面面積を有する対極を形成した実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の磁気ディスク基板の陽極酸化
    処理装置。 ４　電解槽の一側にオーバフロー室を形成し、該オーバ
    フロー室の底部に形成した排出口から電解浴供給管に電
    解浴を循環供給させ、処理室の前後側に前記オニバフロ
    ー室と連結された受樋部を対設した実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の磁気ディスク基板の陽極酸化処理装
    置。
