第１図は画像メモリー現像を説明するためのイラスト図
であり、第１−ａ図は原稿を、第１−ｂ゛図は画像メモ
リーが生じた複写物を示す。第２図は、本考案の複写機
を説明するための概略図であり、１２は非晶質シリコン
系光導電体層、１４は露光光源、１６は光学系、１８は
現像機構、２２はクリーニング機構を表わす。第３図は
、光疲労の波長依存性を示す線図であり、第４図は、非
晶軍シリコンの分光感度曲線である。第５図は、本考案
で使用する非晶質シリコン系光導電体の膜構。 造を示す模式図であり、図中５３は表面保護層を示す。 第６図は、本考案で使用する緑色螢光灯の相対発光スペ
レトルを示すグラフ図である。第７図は、短波長側での
光感度特性を示すＳｍｉｎ／Ｓ６００の値と画像濃度差
ΔＩＤとの関係を示すグラフ図である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 非晶質シリコン系導電層を導電性基質上に有する感光体
    ドラムを備えた複写機において、該感光体ドラム近傍に
    設けられた画像露光用の光源として、発光スペクトルが
    ６００ｎｍ以内のものを用いることを特徴とする画像メ
    モリーの防止された複写機。
