図でありζ第１−ａ図は原稿を、第１−ｂ図は画像メモ
リーが生じた複写物を示す。第２図は、本考案の複写機
を説明するための概略図であり、１２は非晶質シリコン
系光導電体層、１６は光学系、１８は現像機構、２２は
クリーニング機構、６１は干渉フィルターを表わす。第
３図は、光疲労の波長依存性を示す線図であり、第４図
−は、非晶質シリコンの分光感度曲線である。第５図は
、゛本考案も使用する非晶質シリコン系光導電体の膜構
造を示す模式図であり、図中５３は表面保護層を示す。 第６図は、本考案で使用する干渉フィルターの透過率を
示す線図である。第７図、は、短波長側での光感度特性
を示す。Ｓｍ１ｎｌＳ６ｏ。 の値と画像濃度差ΔＩＤとの関係を示すグラフ図である

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 非晶質シリコン系光導電体層を導電性基質上に有する感
    光体ドラムを備えた複写機において、該−感光体ドラム
    近傍に設けられた画像露光機構中における光路に６００
    １ｍ以上の長波長光を遮断する干渉フィルターを設けた
    ことを特徴とする画像メ゛モリ−の防止された複写機。
