Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の光学的スリットを有し、回転軸の回転に伴って回
    転するスリット板と、該スリット板の一方の面に対向す
    る位置に設けた発光部と、前記スリット板の他方の面に
    対向する位置に設けられ前記発光部から発光された光を
    前記スリット板のスリットを介して受光し、スリット通
    過光の断続によりパルス信号を出力する受光素子を有す
    る受光部とを具備し、前記受光部の受光素子から出力さ
    れるパルス信号のパルスの個数を計測することにより回
    転角を検出する回転角センサにおいて、前記受光部に受
    光素子をスリット板が３６０度（ｎはスリット数）回転
    し昇時に作られるスリットの軌跡の範囲内に同一スリッ
    トの通過光を順次受光する様に複数個配列し、該受光素
    子から出力される各々の出力信号から回転角を検出する
    構成としたことを特徴とする回転角センサ。
