図面は本考案の一実施例を示すもので、第１図は全体の
斜視図、第２図は縦断側面図、第３図は洗浄ドラムの正
面図、第４図は水槽の一部縦断正面図、第５図は同上の
平面図、第６図は加熱箱の横断面図で、図中、１は処理
室、２は送風機室、３は境界壁、４はスリット、５は水
槽、６は洗浄ドラム、７はドラムの開口、８は供給口、
９はモータ、１０は螺旋翼、１１は攪拌翼、１２は散水
管、１３は横向き噴口、１４は下向き噴口、１８は加熱
箱、１９は蛇行通路、２０はヒータ、２１は送風機を示
す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）前面中央にペレットの給排口、前面裏の給排口の
    下方に下向きのスリットを有する処理室内に水常けを設
    置し、上記水受は中には上向きのテーパ部を有する通水
    性の洗浄ドラムの下半部を収容して斜めに回転自在に取
    付け、上記テーパ部の上端の開口を処理室前面の給排口
    に間隔を保って整合し、上記洗浄ドラムを正逆に回転駆
    動する一モータを処理室内に設け、洗浄ドラムには内周
    面にドラムがモータで正方向に回転した−ときにはドラ
    ムの底に向かってペレット移送し、逆方向に回転したと
    きはテーパ部の上端の開口に向かってペレットを移送す
    る螺旋翼を、又、底の内面に攪拌翼を設け、又、水受け
    には上記洗浄ドラムに向かって水を噴射する横向きの噴
    口と、水受は内に向かって水を噴射する下向きの噴口を
    備えた散水管を内面に沿って設け、前記処理室上には送
    風機室を創設し、送風、　機室内には電熱ヒータと蛇行
    路を内蔵した加熱箱を設置し、加熱箱内の蛇行路の一端
    に空気を送風する送風機を設け、蛇行通路の他端には処
    理室と送風機室の仕切壁を貫通し、洗浄ドラム上端の開
    口から内部に空気を吹込むノズルを下向きに連設したこ
    とを特徴とするパチンコ玉研摩用ペレットの洗浄、乾燥
    機。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）の洗浄、乾燥機に
    おいて、処理室前面のペレットの給排口は室内に向かっ
    て台錐形に窪み、洗浄ドラム上端の開。 口は上記給排口に向かって拡大しているパチンコ玉研摩
    用ペレットの洗浄、乾燥機。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）又は（２）の洗浄
    、乾燥機において、洗浄ドラムは底の外面中心から突出
    する軸で水受けの後壁に支持されていると共に、上端の
    開口の回りから張出した鍔を水受′　けの前壁に取付け
    られた二つのローラで下から受止められているパチンコ
    玉研摩用ペレットの洗浄、乾燥機。
