    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣを搭載するパッケージ外周部の一辺に切欠部を設け
    、該切欠部にＩＣチップ上のパッドと接続するパッケー
    ジのホンディングリード部と導通させた電極を露出させ
    、更にパッケージに備えた外部ピン群と前記電極とを電
    気的に分離させ、前記ＩＣチップ上のパッド電極を制御
    可能としたことを特徴とするＩＣパッケージ。
